Shannon R. Valentine (born January 31, 1959, in Wilmington, Delaware) is a former American politician. A Democrat, she was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in a special election on January 10, 2006. On November the 3rd of 2009, Valentine was defeated by Republican candidate Scott Garrett, by a total of 209 votes.
